To add to the complexity, we also switched lenders and had the holidays coming up, compounded with an aggressive closing timeline. Linda proactively communicated with all parties - from the sellers agent, to the many staff from our lender, our title agent, and to us. Linda graciously educated each staff from our lender given they were in another state with different laws. Throughout the closing process, Linda kept us updated and diffused all stressful situations beyond our control; we trusted Linda wholeheartedly!

Linda was recommended to us by another agent who I met at a showing, when I literally walked into an open house, completely clueless about house buying. We are so lucky to have met Linda who was a perfect fit for us. She was patient with us the entire time whether it was with our questions, or availability for showings. Linda was always ready to explain multiple aspects of the home buying process whenever we got confused. She laid out all the various possible expenses which helped us a lot to avoid any kind of surprises. We were prepared for the surprises even before the surprises noticed we were coming their way. An awesome agent prepared us for the worst, and we were so much ready to hit the nail on its head when it mattered the most. To my surprise, she did not leave us alone after the sale went through. She kept checking-in on us for the initial few days to see if there was anything she could help with. We greatly admire how she took a call on asking the sellers to keep some money in ESCROW for any surprises we might encounter after they moved out and we moved in. Small insights like driving around neighborhood, talking to locals, pulling up historical trends in that area and her passion for helping people buy homes in the right place within their budget was greatly admired by us.

Today, we consider her as our good friend. She still answers any random questions we might have regarding our house. My favorite part, her reply is instant :) I hope she goes a long way in her career and helps other young couples start their new lives in beautiful new homes just like she did with ours! My family had been searching for housing in SF for almost a year. It is not easy to find a house you like (and with the price you can afford) in a such intensive real estate housing market with crazy competition. I approached several agents but none of them can provide helpful assistance until I met Linda.

She will inquire what kind of housing you need, budget, location preference and etc. And then she will KEEP sending me those new home info whenever they appear on the market. This is important because I know a lot of agents will give up following your case after a few weeks when you cant find a housing you like as quick as they thought. So Linda is the most patient and caring agent I met so far.

So when my family finally find a home we like, the listing agent threated Linda to ask my family to sign something that favor the listing agent and seller while do nothing good to my family. Knowing that I insisted not to sign it, Linda stood firm with me and have the attorney crew in her company (i.e. Paragon) to back up this situation.

Linda was very helpful and patient with us during our process. It was our first time so everything was new and foreign to us. She took her time to explain each step along the way and ensured that we knew what we were doing. She went out of her way to accommodate us on multiple occasions for a variety tasks that made us feel important! Linda is an amazing agent. Let me illustrate a comparison to help prove my point!

I began my real estate journey with a different agent. He was my parent's friend-of-a-friend. He would send me listings of properties that I had already visited during open houses the previous Sunday. After a few months, we still got no where--which in hindsight, is not a surprise. This is not an effective way to find properties, especially in a crazy market, such as San Francisco!

I met Linda at an open house. She immediately approached me to inquire what my goals were, as far as type and location of property, and timeline in which I was hoping to buy. After explaining that I had not signed a contract with my previous agent, she agreed to meet with me to formally get an idea of what was most important to me during this process. I told her that I wanted 1) someone proactive, 2) an agent who would go to open houses with me, and 3) someone I could get along with. Linda exceeded my expectations all around.

Linda is well-organized and extremely proactive. She knew this was going to be my first time as a new home owner, and so she walked me through each step of the way. She explained what all the real estate jargon meant, and she made me feel comfortable. Every week, she added potential properties to our shared GoogleDoc and removed ones I didn't like. On weekends she sent me an itinerary on the properties we would visit TOGETHER during open houses. Linda was always a text message away, which kept communication open.

As previously stated, Linda went to Open Houses with me 99% of the time. This is beneficial because she knows what types of questions to ask the listing agent, and she takes notes for her clients as well. If you're viewing 5-6 properties in one day, these notes can be crucial when trying to remember which was which. Not only that, Linda would pick me up on Tuesdays during my lunch break at work, so that we could visit broker tours of properties freshly on the market. This shows how Linda will go above and beyond.

Lastly, Linda is someone who was very easy to get along with. We talked a lot about real estate (obviously!), but also chatted about our lives as well. After this whole process, I can easily call Linda a friend.

Ultimately, Linda exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend her to any of my friends and family. Buying this property was the biggest purchase of my life so far--and Linda made it a fun and exciting process.
