To add to the complexity, we also switched lenders and had the holidays coming up, compounded with an aggressive closing timeline. Linda proactively communicated with all parties - from the sellers agent, to the many staff from our lender, our title agent, and to us. Linda graciously educated each staff from our lender given they were in another state with different laws. Throughout the closing process, Linda kept us updated and diffused all stressful situations beyond our control; we trusted Linda wholeheartedly!
